Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a National Sales Manager. The National Sales Manager will oversee nationwide set sales targets, and develop strategic sales plans to increase market share and revenue. Responsibilities include managing key accounts, building and maintaining relationships with Dealer/ Distribution & Direct buyers, and monitoring performance across regions. The role involves leading and mentoring sales teams,



coordinating cross-functional activities with marketing and operations, and ensuring efficient use of budgets and resources. The National Sales Manager will analyze sales data, prepare regular reports for leadership, and adjust strategies based on market trends and customer feedback.

Qualifications

- High-energy field sales professional.
- Develop all India network of Dealer/Distribution & Direct buyers in HoReCa (Capital Expenditure items).
- Develop the marketing team for Dealer/ Distribution & Direct buyers.
- Develop current customers by applying different marketing strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA/PGDBA in Marketing preferred).
- Must have proven experience in at least two of the PAN India Zones including Eastern India.
- Good Communication in English/ Hindi.
- Competency in MS-Word, Excel and Power point.
