About the Role

Anoud Technologies is looking for an Operations Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery for our Chennai offshore team across service delivery, platform support, and production operations .

The role will serve as the key operational connect between onshore business priorities and offshore execution , with ownership of delivery governance, service quality, resource planning, operational performance, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Service Delivery Management

- Own end-to-end service delivery across platform support, application support, and production operations.
- Ensure services consistently meet agreed SLAs, OLAs, KPIs, and business expectations .
- Establish explicit ownership, accountability, and governance across support and engineering teams.
- Monitor service performance, identify operational risks, and drive corrective actions.
- Drive operational maturity through standardization, automation, process improvement, and service optimization.
- Ensure appropriate support coverage, operational procedures, and escalation mechanisms for business-critical applications and platforms.
- Maintain focus on service availability, reliability, performance, security,



and customer experience.
- Provide regular management reporting covering service health, risks, incidents, changes, capacity, and improvement initiatives.

Platform Support Management

- Lead delivery and operational support of enterprise platforms across cloud, infrastructure, middleware, databases, networks, and related technology services.
- Ensure effective monitoring of platform health, availability, performance, and capacity.
- Coordinate platform teams during service degradation, outages, and performance issues.
- Review incidents and identify recurring infrastructure or capacity-related issues.
- Drive platform resilience, scalability, disaster recovery, and operational excellence.

Team & People Management

- Manage and develop Team Leads and Delivery Managers.
- Own capacity planning and resource allocation based on project and business demand.
- Build a culture of ownership and accountability.
- Support career development and succession planning.

Stakeholder Management

- Act as the primary offshore contact for onshore leadership and business stakeholders.
- Lead governance calls and communicate delivery health, risks, issues, and achievements.




- Own escalations end-to-end and ensure timely resolution with clear communication.

Reporting

- Own weekly and monthly operational reporting covering:
- SLA adherence
- Delivery timelines
- Utilization
- Productivity
- Risk status

Required Experience

- 12–16 years of experience in IT Operations, Service Delivery, or Technology Delivery Management.
- 6–8 years of experience managing offshore delivery teams working with onshore/global stakeholders.
- Proven experience managing service delivery, platform support, and production operations at scale.
- Strong experience in delivery governance, incident/problem management, and KPI reporting.
- Experience in software/technology services, product engineering, or Insurance Technology is preferred.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration . MBA or relevant professional certifications will be an advantage.
