This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy meeting people, are comfortable working on the field, and aspire to build a successful career in sales.

Who We're Looking For

- Graduate in any discipline (Freshers are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly achievement-oriented with a strong drive to deliver results.
- Willingness to extensively for field sales call.
- Persuasion skills
- Comfortable with extensive intra-city travel.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace and AI is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify new business leads through field visits and networking.
- Schedule meetings with prospective clients and decision-makers.
- Represent The Specialists L&D; professionally across client interactions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
- Conduct market mapping and identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain daily reports of client meetings and sales activities.
- Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
- Coordinate with the Business
- Maintain follow-ups and conversions.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
