**Required System:** Galileo GDS Job Summary Zeal Travel is looking for an experienced **Air Ticketing Executive** with hands-on experience in airline reservation and ticketing. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of **Galileo GDS**, international and domestic flight bookings, ticket issuance, cancellations, refunds, reissues, and customer handling. Key Responsibilities * Handle domestic and international air ticket bookings and reservations.
* Use **Galileo GDS** for flight availability, fare display, booking, and ticket issuance.
* Provide customers with suitable flight options based on their travel requirements.
* Process ticket cancellations, refunds, reissues, rescheduling, and itinerary changes.
* Check fare rules, baggage allowances, cancellation policies, and airline terms.
* Handle PNR creation, modification, and maintenance.
* Coordinate with airlines and travel partners for booking-related queries.
* Ensure accurate documentation and timely ticket issuance.




* Assist customers with travel-related queries and provide professional service.
* Maintain records of bookings, cancellations, refunds, and transactions.
* Follow airline and company policies while processing reservations.
* Achieve high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Required Skills * **Galileo GDS Mandatory**
* Strong knowledge of airline reservation and ticketing procedures.
* Good understanding of domestic and international airfares.
* Experience in ticket issuance, reissue, cancellation, and refund processing.
* Knowledge of PNR creation and management.
* Good communication and customer-handling skills.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication.
Eligibility * Minimum 1 years of experience in air ticketing/reservation.
* Prior experience in a **travel agency, airline, or travel management company** is preferred.
* Hands-on experience with **Galileo GDS** is required.
* Candidates with strong domestic and international ticketing experience will be preferred.
