Job Description:

- Accounts Payable Operations

- Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable processes, including vendor invoice receipt, verification,

- accounting, and timely payment execution in compliance with company policies and procedures.

- Perform periodic vendor reconciliations and proactively resolve discrepancies to maintain accurate

- financial records and solid vendor relationships.

- Monitor and control vendor outstanding balances, ensuring timely settlements and effective working

- capital management.

- Review and validate vendor invoices and accounting entries to ensure accuracy, completeness, and

- compliance with applicable accounting standards and internal controls.

- Treasury Operations

- Execute and monitor bank payments through ERP systems and banking platforms, ensuring

- accuracy, completeness, and adherence to approval and authorization protocols.

- Prepare, analyze, and monitor cash flow forecasts, liquidity positions, and funding requirements to

- support effective treasury management and financial planning.

- Coordinate with banks and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth treasury operations and optimal

- utilization of funds.

- 3. Airline Accounting

- Manage airline accounting activities, including reconciliation of airline accounts, revenue and cost

- accounting, BSP/CASS transactions, and settlement processes.





- Ensure accurate accounting and timely reconciliation of transactions with airline partners and related

- stakeholders.

- Maintain compliance with applicable GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements, ensuring proper

- accounting treatment, documentation, and regulatory reporting.

- 4. People Management

- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team by allocating responsibilities, fostering accountability,

- and driving a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

- Provide guidance, coaching, and performance support to team members to enhance productivity and

- professional growth.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, auditors, banks, vendors, and airline partners to ensure

- seamless financial operations and effective issue resolution.

- 5. Financial Reporting, Compliance & Process Improvement

- Support month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.

- Prepare management reports, analysis, and financial information to support business decision-

- making.

- Identify and implement process automation initiatives, system enhancements, and control

- improvements to strengthen operational efficiency, accuracy, and governance.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize finance processes and enhance internal

- controls.
