We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant to lead and support Compensation activities, including annual compensation cycles, enhancements, configuration, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide functional expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation.

- Lead and support Compensation implementation and support activities.

- Manage annual compensation cycles and enhancements.

- Configure Compensation processes and custom compensation statements.

- Gather business requirements and translate them into solutions.

- Coordinate with business and cross-functional teams.

- Support other SuccessFactors modules when required.

- Independently manage and drive the Compensation workstream.

Requirements

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation.

- Minimum 1 Compensation implementation and 1 support project.

- SAP SuccessFactors Compensation certification is mandatory.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Ability to independently lead Compensation activities.

Valuable to Have

- Experience with custom compensation statements.

- Experience with other SAP SuccessFactors modules.
