What we're looking for
6+ years in B2B SEO, web growth, or CRO, ideally in SaaS or cybersecurity
Hands-on expertise with Google Search Console, Ahrefs or SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or Looker Studio
Solid CRO background with A/B testing tools like Adobe Target, VWO, Optimizely, or Convert. You understand statistical significance and don't call wins early
Experience with targeting and personalization platforms (Clay, 6sense, Demandbase, or Adobe Target)
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and how JavaScript frameworks affect crawlability
Comfortable with Asana and/or Jira and sprint-based execution
Excellent written English and a documentation-first communication style
Demonstrated experience sustaining US overlap hours from India
Nice to have
Exposure to modern AEO, GEO, or LLM-driven SEO strategies
Past experience in cybersecurity, data infrastructure, or enterprise SaaS
