Job Title : HubSpot Marketing Automation Trainee

Job Type : Full-Time

Experience : 0-2 Years

Location : Hyderabad, Telangana

We are looking for a Junior HubSpot Marketing Automation Trainee to support marketing automation, CRM management, campaign execution, reporting, and basic workflow configuration

Responsibilities:

- Basic understanding of CRM and marketing automation.
- Basic knowledge of HubSpot CRM.
- Understanding of email marketing and lead management.
- Basic knowledge of workflows and automation.
- Basic understanding of contact segmentation.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn HubSpot Marketing Hub.
- HubSpot certification is a plus.




- Assist with HubSpot CRM configuration and maintenance.
- Support marketing campaigns and email automation.
- Create and maintain basic HubSpot workflows.
- Assist with contact management, segmentation, and data cleansing.
- Support lead management and marketing automation processes.
- Assist with landing pages, forms, and email campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports.
- Support troubleshooting of marketing automation issues.
- Maintain CRM and campaign documentation.
- Work with senior HubSpot consultants and marketing teams.

Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication Engineering,
