Role Summary The individual must have overall 10-12 years of experience in Oracle EPM modules, have broad knowledge of the entire Reconciliation life cycle on ARCS, Ability to work independently who will be aligned with all relevant teams for the implementation/support. Roles Responsibilities Experience in implementing ARCS and good knowledge of FCCS consolidation process Sound knowledge on ARCS modules (Reconciliation Compliance and Transaction Matching) Functional Knowledge of Finance / Accounting and Account reconciliation Knowledge and experience working in consolidation and general ledger Experience in EPM Cloud Implementation with strong application development on ARCS and valuable knowledge on FCCS consolidation process Must complete project lifecycle experience in ARCS (Transaction Matching and Reconciliation Compliance), Minimum 1-2 full life cycles implementation experiences Troubleshoot, analyze provide fix for Essbase/Planning/ EPBCS/PBCS/FDMEE/PCM or Data Management related issues - Proactive tuning, optimizing, and maintenance of the Hyperion Planning applications. Driving System Integration Testing and supporting User Acceptance Testing of the data integration solution. Be familiar with Python scripting Desired functional knowledge in Finance / General Ledger / Sub-Ledgers Experience in Performance Tuning. Have experience creating data maps, data integration writing MDX scripts Know how to implement partitioning between applications Have the ability to create calculations, forms, menus,



task lists and run Essbase ad-hoc reports Possess the knowledge on how to implement process management Understand how to set up security for users and groups and assign access in the applications and reports Be able to migrate applications between multiple environments Have managed User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions and familiar with writing UAT scripts Have led training sessions for UAT testers and / or end users Possess knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes Possess the drive to make project deadlines using scope, resources, and time as levers Be comfortable working with customers, managers, and other team members Possess a positive attitude Could translate technical concepts into terminology that non-technical people can understand Be able to work as part of a virtual team, where team members can work all over the world Pay attention to detail, be conscientious and self-motivated, possess excellent organizational skills, and deliver quality end results Have ability to learn and leverage Oracle's existing systems, such as DRM and OIM, to improve the current processes Perform varied and complex tasks that will require independent judgement as well as team consensus EXPERIENCE: A graduate degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field strongly preferred 10 12 Yrs. experience in ARCS / FCCS with strong Application Development process, Design, Functional, Technical, UAT, SIT Go-Live. Proficiency in ARCS FCCS Be familiar with Data Management, EPM Automate, and other ETL tools Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with a wide variety of internal and external customers in the business Excellent presentation skills, team management motivation skills Knowledge of ITIL processes and certification is good to have
