Job Description:

- Quick Commerce Platform Operations

- Manage day-to-day fulfilment operations across Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BigBasket, Flipkart

- Minutes, and other Qcomm partners

- Drive high fill rates, OTIF, and dispatch turnaround within platform-mandated SLAs

- Monitor and resolve stock-outs, catalog/listing issues, and dark store availability gaps in real time

- Inventory & Dark Store Management

- Own inventory planning and allocation across dark stores and quick commerce fulfilment centers

- Forecast demand using sales velocity, seasonality, and platform-level trends to plan replenishment

- Coordinate stock transfers and inter-dark-store balancing to minimize stockouts and excess

- Order Fulfilment & Dispatch

- Oversee order processing, picking/packing accuracy, and dispatch timelines at partner dark

- stores/warehouses

- Track and improve SLA adherence, reduce order cancellations, and drive on-time dispatch





- Manage returns, damage claims, and reverse logistics reconciliation with platform partners

- Platform Relationship & Compliance

- Act as the primary point of contact with Qcomm platform ops/category teams for onboarding,

- escalations, and account health

- Ensure compliance with platform-specific packaging, labeling, and quality norms

- Resolve claims, shortages, chargebacks, and payment reconciliation issues with each platform

- Vendor & Cross-Functional Coordination

- Work closely with 3PL/warehouse partners, category, and finance teams to ensure supply continuity

- Track vendor and partner performance against agreed SLAs

- Share regular reporting on fill rate, OTIF, inventory health, and platform-wise performance with

- leadership
