We are looking for an experienced Workday Developer to design, develop, configure, integrate, and support Workday applications and business processes. The candidate should have strong experience in Workday HCM and related modules, integrations, reporting, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and develop Workday HCM solutions based on business requirements.

Develop and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Web Services.

Work on Workday HCM modules such as Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Payroll, or Absence.

Develop and maintain Workday reports, calculated fields, dashboards, and custom reports.

Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Workday solutions.

Troubleshoot integration failures, data issues, and production defects.

Work with REST/SOAP APIs and third-party systems for data integrations.

Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT activities.

Prepare technical documentation and support deployment activities.

Collaborate with HR, business teams, functional consultants, and technical teams.





Provide production support and participate in issue resolution and root-cause analysis.

Required Skills

Strong experience in Workday HCM.

Hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services.

Experience in Workday Reporting and Calculated Fields.

Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, and XSLT.

Experience with Workday integrations and third-party applications.

Valuable understanding of HCM business processes.

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Good to Have

Workday certification in HCM, Integration, or related modules.

Experience with Workday Extend.

Knowledge of Workday Security and Business Process Configuration.

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.

Experience working with HRIS, payroll, or enterprise application integrations.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
