Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated IT Sales/Service Coordinator with at least 2 years of experience specifically in the IT hardware and services industry to manage quotations, coordinate sales and service operations, and ensure smooth communication between clients and internal service teams. Candidates must have prior hands-on experience with IT hardware products and AMC/service processes. Key Responsibilities: Service Coordination (Primary Focus):



Coordinate and track IT hardware/service requests from initiation to closure Liaise between clients and the technical/service team to ensure timely resolution Schedule and follow up on service calls, AMC renewals, and maintenance visits Maintain accurate records of service tickets, complaints, and resolutions Ensure customer satisfaction by proactively updating clients on service status Escalate unresolved service issues to the appropriate team/manager Sales & Quotation Support: Prepare, review, and manage sales quotations for IT hardware and services accurately Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person Follow up with clients on pending quotations and orders Prepare basic reports using MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Support the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience specifically in IT hardware sales/service coordination (non-negotiable) Working knowledge of IT hardware products (desktops, laptops, printers, networking equipment) and AMC/service pro
