Key Responsibilities Design innovative and commercially viable collections for girls aged 1–10 years Develop seasonal, festive, ethnic and casual collections Create mood boards, colour palettes, design concepts and detailed design sheets Develop designs from initial concept through sampling and final production Select appropriate fabrics, trims, embellishments and accessories Coordinate closely with sampling, production and merchandising teams Conduct fashion and kidswear trend research Create and present 3 D garment designs and visualisations using CLO 3 DMake design modifications and 3 D samples to reduce physical sampling time Ensure designs maintain the brand’s aesthetic,



quality and commercial requirements Requirements Degree/Diploma in Fashion Designing or equivalent2+ years of relevant fashion design experience, preferably in kidswear Strong working knowledge of CLO 3 D is mandatory Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator / Corel DRAW / Photoshop or equivalent design software Positive understanding of fabrics, garment construction, patterns and finishing Strong knowledge of fashion trends, colours and silhouettes Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail Ability to independently develop a collection from concept to production Strong communication and coordination skills Ideal Candidate Someone who can combine creativity + fashion sense + technical garment knowledge + CLO 3 D expertise and turn ideas into production-ready designs.
