Paar Autonomy is looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to work closely with our People Ops team on hiring

Responsibilities

* Conduct screening calls and coordinate interviews with candidates

* Schedule interviews across multiple stakeholders and calendars

* Coordinate across teams to make sure every interview runs smoothly with no scheduling conflicts, no last-minute scrambles

* Keep candidates and interviewers informed and on track throughout the process

* Support the HR Team as needed

What We're Looking For

* Strong communication skills - you'll be talking to candidates and coordinating with busy teams daily

* Organized and detail-oriented; comfortable juggling multiple interview pipelines at once

* Comfortable with a rapid-moving, early-stage startup environment

* Available to start immediately

* Based in or around Bengaluru (for the weekly in-office day)

You will be required to come down to the office once a week and work from home for 4 days.
