n• We are seeking a Senior Tax Accountant with 4-5 years of hands-on experience preparing and reviewing U.S. Individual income tax returns (Form 1040, 1040-NR, and 1040-SR). The individual will ensure that all tax documents are accurate, complete, and compliant with federal, state, and local tax laws. This role requires extensive experience with individual tax forms and a deep understanding of individual tax regulation.
nJob Description:
n• Review and analyze U.S. individual tax returns (Form 1040, 1040-NR, and 1040-SR), prepared for CPA firm clients, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with U.S. federal and applicable state tax laws.
n• Act as a reviewer and quality-control extension of U.S.-based CPA firms, adhering to firm-specific review checklists, documentation standards, and engagement protocols.
n• Identify, document, and resolve discrepancies in tax returns and supporting workpapers in coordination with U.S. CPA firm reviewers and managers.




n• Maintain accurate records of review findings, recommendations, and communications with clients.
n• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in U.S. individual tax return preparation and review, with a primary focus on Form 1040, 1040- NR, and 1040-SR.
n• Extensive, hands-on experience with Forms 1040, 1040-NR, and 1040-SR, including multistate individual tax returns.
n• Proficiency in tax software (e.g., Pro-connect, ProSystem, Lacerte, UltraTax, Intuit software(s), CCH, Drake) and other relevant tools.
n• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective coordination with U.S.-based CPA partners, managers, and reviewers.
n• Ability to manage strict deadlines, and perform under peak-season pressure.
nQualification:
n• M.B.A in Accounting and Finance, Bachelor's degree in accounting or Finance.
nLanguage Proficiency (If Any):
n• Robust proficiency in written and verbal English communication.
