Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise technology solutions.
- Translate business and product requirements into robust technical architectures and implementation plans.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, architecture, operations, and business teams to deliver strategic initiatives.
- Drive technical design decisions with a focus on scalability, reliability, security, performance, and maintainability.
- Contribute to the development and modernization of large-scale applications and distributed systems.
- Identify technical risks, dependencies, and performance bottlenecks and drive appropriate solutions.
- Review technical designs, code, and implementation approaches to ensure engineering quality.
- Establish and promote software engineering best practices, coding standards, testing approaches, and development processes.
- Troubleshoot complex technical and production issues and provide effective resolutions.
- Support the adoption of modern technologies, automation, cloud capabilities, and engineering practices.




- Mentor and provide technical guidance to engineers and development teams.
- Work closely with stakeholders to communicate technical decisions, project progress, risks, and delivery plans.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of system performance, operational efficiency, and customer experience.
- Ensure solutions are delivered within agreed timelines and meet defined quality and business objectives.

What Makes You a Great Fit
- 12+ years of experience in software engineering, technology, architecture, or a related technical discipline.
- Strong experience working on large-scale, enterprise-grade technology platforms.
- Proven ability to design and deliver scalable, secure, highly available, and reliable solutions.
- Strong understanding of modern software architecture, distributed systems, APIs, databases, and cloud technologies.
- Experience working across the complete software development lifecycle.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to resolve complex technical challenges.
- Excellent understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, testing, performance optimization, and code quality.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in Agile or other modern development environments.
- Strong technical leadership and stakeholder-management capabilities.
- Ability to mentor engineers and influence technical decisions across teams.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline is preferred.
