Position Title: Regional Manager

Location: PAN India

Reporting To: Zonal Manager

Department: Services - YMS

Objective:

To oversee regional yard operations by ensuring operational excellence, compliance adherence, inventory accuracy, financial discipline, and customer service standards across all managed yards. The role is responsible for driving digital transformation, strengthening governance, enhancing yard performance through the YORC framework, and supporting business growth through operational efficiency and client engagement.

Accountability:

•

Manage day-to-day operations of regional repo yards, ensuring accurate and timely Yard Management System (YMS) entries, exits, and inventory controls.

•

Conduct monthly stock audits, reconciliations, field inspections, JCP visits, and operational reviews to ensure compliance with established procedures and records.

•

Drive digital collection initiatives by ensuring maximum adoption of approved online payment platforms and minimizing cash-based transactions.

•

Oversee financial and administrative processes,



including invoice follow-ups, NDC approvals, client agreements, online collections, MIS reporting, and revenue achievement.

•

Implement and monitor the Yard Overall Rating & Classification (YORC) framework through periodic assessments, certification management, and corrective action planning.

•

Ensure compliance with YMS processes, statutory requirements, SOPs, KYC documentation, client agreements, and audit standards across all managed locations.

•

Partner with internal teams and clients to address operational issues, improve customer experience, and always maintain audit readiness.

•

Utilize yard ratings, compliance standards, and operational credentials to support business development initiatives, attract recent clients, and increase inventory volumes.

•

Develop performance scorecards, benchmark yard performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, profitability, and service standards.
