Responsibilities

- Develop and execute relationship management strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention across assigned branch portfolio
- Identify growth opportunities within existing customer base and cross-sell banking products and services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions
- Collaborate with branch teams to achieve sales targets and business objectives
- Monitor portfolio performance metrics and provide regular reporting to management
- Conduct customer needs analysis and recommend appropriate banking solutions
- Participate in branch marketing initiatives and customer engagement programs




- Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Support branch operations and contribute to overall customer experience excellence

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent skilled qualification
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in relationship management, sales, or customer service in banking or financial services
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and business growth
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Proficiency in banking systems and MS Office applications
- Knowledge of consumer banking products and services
- Problem-solving and analytical capabilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory as required
