Responsibilities

- Oversee daily branch operations and ensure compliance with DBS policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Lead and manage branch service delivery teams to achieve operational excellence and customer satisfaction targets
- Monitor branch performance metrics including service quality, efficiency, and financial indicators
- Implement and maintain operational standards across branch functions including customer service, transaction processing, and risk management
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer experience and drive business growth within the branch
- Conduct staff training and development programs to build team capabilities and competencies
- Manage branch resources, budgets, and inventory effectively
- Identify operational challenges and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency




- Liaise with regional and head office teams to align branch operations with organizational objectives
- Ensure adherence to compliance, anti-money laundering, and data security protocols

Requirements

- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in branch operations, retail banking, or consumer banking services
- Proven track record in managing branch operations and leading service delivery teams
- Strong knowledge of banking products, services, and operational processes
- Demonstrated ability to drive operational efficiency and improve service quality
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency in banking systems and MS Office applications
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in banking
- Ability to work collaboratively across functions and manage multiple priorities
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
