Senior Executive, Revenue Assurance (Channel Distribution)

Role Purpose

The Senior Executive – Revenue Assurance is responsible for independently managing backend support function for day-to-day activities for channel distribution business, The role supports business through system enhancements, data integrity, and effective stakeholder management while ensuring compliance with Policies and internal controls.

Context:
Current position is based at Mumbai Office to manage Agreement processing, Affiliate Invoicing based on Subscriber reports, Incentive processing, Monthly Closing, Audits & MIS reporting for all operational related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Independently manage the lifecycle of subscription agreements, current sales, renewals, addendums.
- Review subscriber reports, qualifying reports, and pricing and completion of monthly billing & Incentive within TAT.
- Validate billing accuracy and investigate billing exceptions, discrepancies, and revenue-impacting issues.
- Identify revenue leakage risks and coordinate corrective actions with relevant stakeholders.
- Implement channel additions, deactivations, replacements, and package changes within defined SLAs.

- Ability to collaborate with Internal & External stakeholders.
- Resolve operational and commercial queries within agreed service levels.

- Prepare operational MIS, billing reports,



and exception reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOPs, audit requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain complete and accurate documentation to support internal and external audits.
- Perform UAT’s for system enhancements.
- Prioritize and timely delivery of task assigned.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Responsible for managing operations seamlessly & timely delivery of SLA alongwith maintaining high level of employee & customer satisfaction
- Identify and drive continuous improvements and initiatives in entire process
- Ensure 100% accuracy

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Revenue Assurance, Subscription Management, and Billing Governance.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent computer skills & proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Hands-on experience with SAP, ERP, and the legacy system preferred.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- Post- Graduation or professional certifications will be an added advantage.

Experience

- 5 years of experience in Revenue Assurance.
- Experience in the Media, Broadcasting, Telecom, OTT, or Digital Distribution industry is preferred.
