Description

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Assistant Manager to join our Sales team in the L7 - IN - ADLEC department. In this role, you will play a crucial part in expanding our market presence and ensuring Adlec's inclusion in upcoming projects. Your primary focus will be on generating and sustaining a robust pipeline of inquiries, converting them into new order bookings, and fostering a preference for Adlec products during the procurement stage. You will collaborate closely with consultants, specifiers, and our sales teams to achieve these goals.

Responsibilities

- Work closely with consultants and specifiers to ensure Adlec's inclusion in upcoming projects.
- Create and maintain a healthy funnel of inquiries, converting them into new order bookings.
- Coordinate with sales teams for seamless collaboration and productive operations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, especially in the LV switchboards and switchgear sector.
- Develop and execute strategies to position Adlec as a preferred choice during the procurement stage.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including consultants and specifiers.
- Provide technical expertise and support to the sales team, leveraging your knowledge of LV panels and switchgear.




- Analyze market data and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing and sales campaigns to promote Adlec's products.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the LV switchgear industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of LV panels and switchgear, with the ability to understand and explain product features.
- Excellent networking skills and an established network of connections among electrical consultants and specifiers.
- Proven track record of generating and converting inquiries into new business opportunities.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite.
- Willingness to travel as required for business development and client meetings.
