Job Summary:

We are looking for a fluent Bengali-speaking Tele Caller who will be responsible for communicating with customers over the phone to promote products/services, generate leads, handle inquiries, and provide customer support. The candidate should have valuable communication skills and a polite, convincing manner.

? Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers.
- Explain products or services clearly in Bengali.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Generate leads and schedule follow-ups.
- Maintain customer database and update call records.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.
- Handle inbound calls (if required).
- Build and maintain good customer relationships.

? Required Skills:

- Fluency in Bengali (spoken); Hindi/English is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).
- Ability to convince and negotiate.
- Patience and positive attitude.

? Required Skills:

- Minimum: 10+2 (Higher Secondary) or Graduate.
- Experience: 0–1 years (Freshers can apply).
