Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2 to 3 years of experience in .Net development
- Good understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and strong analytical skills
- Hands-on experience with:
- ASP.NET / C# .Net frameworks (versions 2.0, 3.5, 4.0)
- SQL Server 2008
- JavaScript & AJAX
- ADO.NET 2.0
- Experience with Design Patterns and MVC frameworks is a plus
- Experience in database design and functional design
- Familiarity with the full software development lifecycle including:
- Business/system analysis
- Requirements gathering
- Functional specification authoring




- Development and testing

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with clients to analyze requirements and prepare technical designs
- Conduct detailed technical analysis of requirements
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, including task briefing, code review, and feedback

Prepare external documentation such as:

- Requirement Specifications
- User Manuals
- System Manuals
- Technical documentation

Develop internal documentation including:

- Project Plans
- Database design
- Functional design

Technical Skills
