Job Description : - Ensure highest level of portfolio quality for secured as well unsecured products with the best
productivity numbers and continuous increasing efficiency of overall operations by improving
the team's competence levels - Monitor and ensure that highest underwriting standards are maintained for the respective
Branches to be handled - Adherence to the policy/process laid out by the Institution. Ensuring Standardization of
process all across the region and also deliver the best in-class TAT across product segments
handled. - Close monitoring on non-starters/Cheque bounce trends and knowing channels and their
sourcing patterns - Highlighting concerns on portfolio (if any) and channels and ensuring remedial measures are




taken with all stakeholders - Highlighting areas of business opportunities and extend support to the business units on the
same - Monitoring all channels and identifying positive and bad channels as per sourcing and
delinquency trends. Ensuring remedial measures and actions on Bad Channels involving the
sourcing channels - Audit compliance on all aspects stipulated by Head Office and regulatory compliance for the
region. - Interact closely with other functions such as Sales/Operations/Collections/ Policy/Product etc.
to ensure a smooth day to day functioning of the region.
