AUM Associate Dircetor Level

We are seeking a senior professional with a minimum of 10 years' experience in ERP platforms and asset management, with deep expertise in Assets Under Management (AUM), capital raise, and revenue reporting processes.

The role will lead the transition of AUM operations onto a modern data-lake house platform - spanning data governance, flow/roll-forward logic, reference and master-data management (fund/security master, Investment Vehicle code consistency), and automated, certified reporting to replace legacy spreadsheet and multi-tool workflows.

The ideal candidate combines hands-on knowledge of AUM roll-forward, fund structures (public and private), the capital lifecycle, and revenue-to-AUM linkage with the ability to define target-state operating models, governance frameworks, and month-end close acceleration.

Robust working knowledge of book-of-record systems - ABOR (Accounting Book of Record) and IBOR (Investment Book of Record) - and experience unifying investment and accounting data into a single source is essential.

Strong stakeholder management across Finance, Distribution, and Technology, together with a proven track record delivering large-scale data and ERP transformation programs, is essential.
