- We are looking for a highly skilled Product Development Engineer I to development of scalable, secure, and highly efficient backend services and systems. You will work on building innovative solutions and ensure the operational excellence of our platforms.

Position Summary

- We're looking for a Developer to join our team at Phenom. The ideal candidate should be able to meet the following criteria:
- Proficiency in Algorithms and Data Structures
- Effective programming skills (Master Coder)

Responsibilities:

- Define technical architecture to support SaaS offerings and contribute to product development efforts
- Work independently on a project basis and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment
- Provide technical and analytical solutions for evaluating product ideas

Work Experience

- 4+ years of software development experience in Java/J2EE, REST/SOAP, JSON, MongoDB, Spring, React and Design Patterns
- Familiarity with defining architecture and contributing to design & development
- Experience with cloud technologies (AWS and/or Azure)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
