Role Responsibilities:
- Design and manage scalable VoIP infrastructure with high availability.
- Lead troubleshooting and incident response for live voice traffic.
- Collaborate on provisioning, billing, and analytics API design.
- Mentor engineers on VoIP architecture and best practices.
Key Deliverables:
- Deployment of FreeSWITCH, RTPEngine, and SBC for production traffic.
- Secure and optimized signaling/media path using NAT traversal and TLS/SRTP.
- Standardized call routing and audio quality configurations.
- Scalable and observable voice platform architecture across cloud environments.
