LinkedIn & Sales Navigator Strong CRM and pipeline-management discipline Ability to position technology solutions around business outcomes What you’ll own Target Accounts → Decision Makers → Outreach → Discovery → Qualified Meetings → Opportunities → Pipeline Alongside individual sales contribution, you’ll also: Build and manage the inside sales team Hire, onboard and coach sales resources Create prospecting & outreach playbooks Define activity, meeting and pipeline KPIs Improve conversion across the sales funnel Build scalable sales processes and enablement material We’re not looking for someone who only manages inbound leads .
