Summary:
nThe Assistant Manager – Learning & Development will drive capability-building initiatives across Technology Learning, AI Learning, Leadership Development, Behavioral Learning, and Digital Learning. The role will be responsible for designing and implementing learning solutions, leveraging contemporary learning technologies, and creating engaging learning experiences that support organizational capability development.
nScope: The Assistant Manager role will focus on Technology Learning, AI Learning, Leadership Development, Digital Learning, Learning Technologies, Learning Analytics, and Employer Branding initiatives.
nPrimary Job Functions:

nContent Creation Tools → Articulate 360, Storyline, Rise, digital learning assets.




nPlatform Management → LMS/LXP, pathways, certifications, campaigns, engagement.
nLearning Analytics → Assessments, surveys, dashboards, effectiveness reports.
nAI‐Driven Innovation → Instructional design, content creation, media development.
nStakeholder Collaboration → Partner with leaders, SMEs, vendors for solutions.
nEmployer Branding → Learning communications, LinkedIn presence, visibility.
