- Maintaining good public relations and creating great bonds with clients.

- Follow up on any sales leads, clearly providing pertinent facts.
- Use telephone, email, and internet contact to build and maintain strong connections with recent and existing partners.
- Daily follow-up with the operational team & updating lead status.
- Manage Inbound and Outbound calls in a timely manner.
