About the RolenWe are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Software Sales / Business Development Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating recent business opportunities, understanding client requirements, presenting our software/IT solutions, and converting prospects into customers.
nThe ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilitiesn

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through online research, cold calling, email, social media, referrals, and other channels.n
- Connect with potential clients and understand their business and software requirements.n
- Explain and present our software, web, mobile app, and IT solutions to prospective clients.n




- Conduct product/service demonstrations and client meetings.n
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers based on client requirements.n
- Follow up with leads and prospects regularly through calls, WhatsApp, and email.n
- Maintain and update lead and client information in the CRM.n
- Convert qualified leads into paying customers and achieve monthly sales targets.n
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with clients when required.n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.n
- Coordinate with the technical/project team to ensure client requirements are clearly communicated.n
- Track sales activities, pipeline, follow-ups, and closures.n
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market opportunities.n
