Job Description
Position Title: Senior Executive Accountant
Location- Santacruz (East) Mumbai
We are looking for a detailed- oriented senior accountant to perform and coordinate accounting duties within our organization. The senior accountant’s responsibilities include preparing financial reports, performing account reconciliations, maintaining the general ledger, preparing tax returns, and perform other accounting duties as assigned.
Roles and Responsibilities
It is a significant role contributing towards day to day accounting activities, financial reporting, monthly & annually statutory compliances.
• Process accounting entries, reimbursements
• Reconciliation of Bank, GST.
• Undertake special assignments as may be given from time to time.
• Assisting in Internal Audit, Statutory Audit, and Tax audit.
• Monthly revenue generation and reconciliation
• Handle compliances including - GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Professional Tax etc.
• Facilitate monthly MIS and closure of books
• Assist in all financial related transactions.
Financial discipline




• Good level of understanding and working experience of General Ledger, Financial accounting.
• Revenue assurance, invoice and receivable management.
• Month end closing.
• Balance sheet preparation.
• Liaising with Auditors in Audit operations
• Leading Tax compliances including monthly GST compliances
• Following internal control framework
Desired Profile: The candidate should have-
Min.5 Years of experience with following functional expertise:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or more education or experience may be preferred.
2. Strong financial analysis skills
3. Communication skills oral and written
4. Proficiency in Microsoft office, particularly with Excel, Advance excel preferred.
5. Ability to work with little to no supervision.
6. Ability to function well in team-oriented setting.
