Eye Zenith is a growing eye-care organization focused on making quality eye treatments accessible and convenient for patients. We work with experienced ophthalmologists and partner hospitals to provide end-to-end support across consultations, diagnostics, insurance assistance, surgeries and post-treatment care.
As we scale our digital patient acquisition, we are looking for a performance marketer who can take ownership of our Meta advertising and lead-generation campaigns.

Role & Responsibilities
Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns across Facebook and Instagram (Meta Ads).
Drive qualified patient leads across different eye-care services and locations.
Manage targeting,



retargeting, budgets, campaign structures and audience testing.
Continuously test creatives, ad copies, audiences and landing experiences to improve campaign performance.
Track key metrics including CPL, CTR, CPC, lead quality, OPD conversions and customer acquisition cost.
Work closely with the sales and creative teams to improve lead quality and overall campaign ROI.
Analyse campaign data and scale high-performing campaigns while controlling acquisition costs.
Manage Meta Pixel, Conversion API and campaign tracking wherever required.
