Role Description The Sales Executive role at Flux Motors Pvt Ltd is a full-time, in office position based in Dehradun. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new leads, presenting product offerings to prospective customers, and managing the entire sales cycle from inquiry to closure.



Daily tasks include conducting product demonstrations, maintaining regular communication with clients, preparing proposals and quotations, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams for order processing, providing market feedback, and contributing to sales reporting and forecasting. The Sales Executive will represent Flux Motors at events, customer visits, and meetings to promote the brand and expand its market presence.
Qualifications
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
Ability to understand and explain technical product features related to motorsport vehicles, ATVs, and electric mobility.
Proficiency in basic sales reporting, CRM tools, and MS Office for documentation and tracking.
