Job Purpose

To manage end-to-end direct tax compliance, litigation, tax assessments, transfer pricing matters, tax planning, and advisory functions while ensuring adherence to statutory requirements and supporting the business in achieving tax-efficient outcomes.

Experience: 4 - 9 Years
Qualification: CA (Preferred) / CA Inter / CMA / MBA (Finance) / LLM / LLB

Corporate Tax Compliance:
Manage and review Corporate Income Tax Return filings.
Handle Tax Audits and ensure timely closure of audit requirements.
Manage Transfer Pricing compliance, audits, documentation, and benchmarking studies.
Prepare and review Statement of Financial Transactions (SFT).
Handle Lower/Nil TDS Certificate applications.
Review Advance Tax computations and ensure timely tax payments.
Manage Current Tax and Deferred Tax provisioning in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
Perform Effective Tax Rate (ETR) analysis and reconciliations.
Provide withholding tax opinions and support business teams on TDS-related matters.




Analyze tax treaty provisions and DTAA implications for domestic and cross-border transactions.

Tax Litigation & Assessments:
Represent the organization before Income Tax authorities and regulatory bodies.
Prepare, review, and submit responses to notices, assessments, reassessments, and tax proceedings.
Manage appeals before CIT(A), DRP, ITAT, and other relevant forums.
Draft submissions, rectification applications, and legal responses.
Coordinate with external consultants, tax counsels, and advisors on litigation matters.
Drive closure of tax disputes and litigation issues in a timely manner.

Tax Planning & Advisory
Advise business stakeholders on tax-productive structures and transactions.
Support strategic tax planning and optimization initiatives.
Evaluate tax implications of new business models, contracts, and projects.
Provide advisory support on domestic and international taxation matters.
