Role Description The Manufacturing Executive at APIC will oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations at the Hosur facility, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant production of alternative protein ingredients and products. This full-time, on-site role includes coordinating production schedules, supervising shop-floor activities, monitoring process parameters,



and implementing best practices to maintain quality and reduce downtime. The Manufacturing Executive will collaborate closely with R&D;, quality, and supply chain teams to scale formulations from lab and pilot level to commercial batches, manage raw material and packaging usage, and support continuous improvement initiatives. The role also involves maintaining production documentation, supporting audits, training team members on standard operating procedures, and contributing to operational excellence and cost optimization.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in food, beverages, or alternative proteins, with robust knowledge of production planning and process control.
Understanding of food technology, fermentation, or plant-based product manufacturing, including scale-up from lab/pilot to full-scale production.
