Role Description The Service Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Mysore, responsible for overseeing daily operations of motorcycle maintenance and service quality. This role includes managing service schedules, coordinating inspections and repairs, and ensuring all motorcycles meet safety and performance standards. The Service Manager will supervise service staff, allocate tasks, track inventory of parts and tools, and maintain accurate service records.



Day-to-day responsibilities also involve handling customer service queries related to vehicle condition, resolving service-related issues, and collaborating with the operations team to minimize downtime and maximize fleet availability. The Service Manager will monitor performance metrics, implement process improvements, and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Qualifications
Strong skills in service operations management, including scheduling, workflow coordination, and process improvement.
Experience in motorcycle or automotive maintenance environments, with understanding of basic mechanical and safety standards.
Proficiency in customer service, communication, and conflict resolution to address rider concerns and service issues effectively.
