Role Description The Event Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. This role involves planning, organizing, and executing events from concept to completion, including coordinating with clients to understand requirements, developing event proposals, and preparing detailed timelines and checklists. The Event Executive will liaise with vendors, venues, and internal teams to manage logistics, budgets, and resources, ensuring all activities run smoothly and on schedule.



Daily responsibilities include overseeing event setup and breakdown, monitoring quality and safety, handling on-the-day coordination, and addressing any issues that arise. The role also includes post-event evaluation, reporting, and documentation to improve future events and maintain strong client relationships.
Qualifications
Event planning and coordination skills, including experience managing timelines, budgets, and logistics.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
Organizational and problem-solving abilities to handle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and resolve issues quickly during events.
Proficiency with basic office and event management tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, project tracking tools).
