Role Description Responsible for designing, developing, and documenting electrical wiring harnesses for electric tractors and related equipment.
Day-to-day tasks include creating detailed harness schematics, selecting appropriate components and connectors, and ensuring compatibility with vehicle electrical and mechanical systems.
Qualifications
Experience in creating Electrical Harness in 2D and 3D
Solidworks Electrical 2D and 3D experience is a must
Must have experience in creating and checking wiring harness drawings.
Strong skills in Electrical Design and Electrical Engineering for vehicle or industrial applications.




Sound understanding of Electricity principles and practical application in wiring and harness layout.
Knowledge of Power Systems, including safety standards, grounding, and protection for high-voltage and low-voltage circuits.
Familiarity with automotive or EV standards, connectors, and harness manufacturing processes.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings, BOMs, and technical specifications, and to create clear documentation.
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in an on-site, multidisciplinary team setting.
