Role Overview
As an Account Manager – Influencer Marketing, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns for key brand accounts. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, translating brand objectives into effective influencer strategies and ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
The ideal candidate should have robust client-management skills, a solid understanding of the influencer ecosystem, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities1. Client Management & Relationship Building
Own day-to-day relationships with assigned brand clients and act as the primary point of contact for campaigns.
Understand client objectives, brand guidelines, target audiences, campaign KPIs, and business requirements.
Build strong, long-term relationships with clients by demonstrating ownership, responsiveness, and strategic understanding.




Conduct regular client calls and meetings to share campaign progress, recommendations, and performance updates.
Proactively identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships and contribute to account growth.
Manage client expectations and ensure timely communication throughout the campaign lifecycle.

2. Influencer Campaign Strategy
Understand campaign briefs and translate them into relevant influencer marketing strategies.
Develop influencer recommendations based on audience, content category, geography, platform, engagement, relevance, and campaign objectives.
Stay updated on emerging creators, influencer trends, content formats, platforms, and changing audience behaviour.
Recommend the right mix of macro, mid-tier, micro, and nano influencers based on campaign requirements.
Contribute to campaign ideation, content concepts, creator briefs, and influencer-led storytelling.
