Role Description The PO2A05 role at Ador is a full-time, on-site position based in Haveli. In this role, the team member supports the planning and execution of web and happiness-focused projects, coordinates with colleagues and partners, and helps maintain organized workflows. Daily responsibilities include assisting with project documentation, tracking tasks and timelines, preparing basic reports, and contributing to internal communication.



The role also involves collaborating with the Happiness Corner program to support initiatives that enhance workplace experience and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Ability to coordinate tasks, organize project information, and maintain clear documentation.
Strong communication skills for working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Basic familiarity with web projects or digital environments; willingness to learn new tools and methods.
Comfort with using common office and collaboration software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, project tracking tools).
Demonstrated reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Positive attitude aligned with Tech4Good values; interest in workplace well-being and people-centered initiatives.
Ability to work in office in Haveli and collaborate in a small, united team environment.
Relevant education or experience in administration, coordination, or project support is beneficial.
