Role Description The National Sales Head – Commercial Real Estate is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai, responsible for leading nationwide sales for managed workspaces and related offerings. This role oversees the development and execution of sales strategies, including identifying target markets, building and nurturing client relationships,



and driving revenue growth across regions. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing and mentoring sales teams, setting performance targets, monitoring pipeline health, and ensuring effective coordination with marketing and operations to deliver client-centric solutions. The role also involves leading key account negotiations, establishing channel partnerships, analyzing market trends, and providing regular business performance reports to senior leadership. The National Sales Head collaborates closely with cross-functional stakeholders to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives and brand positioning.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Sales and Sales & Marketing skills, with a proven track record in commercial real estate or related sectors.
