About the role
CloudFiles sells document automation for Salesforce to companies in the US, UK, EU and ANZ. We have a robust inbound engine, and we are now investing seriously in outbound. This role designs and runs that motion.
You are the architect of it, not the caller. You decide who we reach out to, what we say, and how we know it worked; our US-based sales team takes the conversations from there. Your canvas is the whole machine: target lists, sequences, deliverability, reply routing, and a funnel report everyone can trust.

CloudFiles works AI-first. The labour of outbound, the account research, the list building, the sequence variants, the reply analysis, is heavily AI-assisted here. That is what makes this a genuinely senior role in a single seat: your time goes into the judgment, picking the right audience, holding a real thesis about why they would care, and knowing a strong message from a merely plausible one.




That judgment comes from having actually run outbound. If you have built lists, written sequences, nursed deliverability back to health and booked real meetings, you know what good looks like, and AI turns that knowledge into remarkable throughput. You do not need to have worked this way before; bring the outbound fundamentals, and we will help you learn the rest.

What you will do
The target lists. Defining the buyer profile per motion, sourcing and enriching from standard data providers, and keeping the lists clean against the CRM.
The sequences. Copy, steps, timing and testing across email, LinkedIn and calls, with an honest read on what is landing.
Sender health and deliverability. Domains, warmup, bounce and spam rates, so the program stays healthy as it scales.
Routing and hygiene. Replies to the right rep, leads to the right owner, and attribution in the CRM good enough to trust.
