Sales Manager – Cybersecurity Services

About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Manager to drive business development and sales for our Cybersecurity Services and Identity & Access Management (IAM) offerings.
The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B or enterprise sales, strong customer engagement skills, and the ability to identify opportunities, develop client relationships, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the cybersecurity services market.
• Generate and manage sales pipelines through prospecting, referrals, networking, and account development.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key decision-makers.
• Understand customer requirements and position relevant cybersecurity services and solutions.
• Manage the sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closure.
• Drive sales of Cybersecurity Consulting, IAM, Managed Security Services, and related offerings.




• Prepare and deliver customer presentations, proposals, and commercial discussions.
• Coordinate with pre-sales and delivery teams to develop appropriate solutions for customers.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and customer records.
• Achieve assigned revenue and business development targets.

Required Skills
• 2–8 years of experience in B2B or Enterprise Sales or Business Development.
• Experience in Cybersecurity, IT Services, Information Security, IAM, or related technology domains.
• Solid lead generation, prospecting, and client relationship management skills.
• Good understanding of enterprise sales processes and consultative selling.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple sales opportunities.

Educational Qualification
• B.E./B.Tech, MBA, or equivalent qualification.
