About the Role
Join our team as a Motion Graphic Designer and bring your creativity and expertise to our projects. As a Motion Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and engaging animations and videos that communicate complex ideas and concepts. You will work closely with our team of designers, writers, and developers to create compelling visual content that meets our needs. Your skills in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other industry-standard software will be essential in creating high-quality motion graphics that captivate our audience.

Key Responsibilities
● Design and produce visually engaging motion graphics for course content, marketing campaigns, social media
● Collaborate with the content team,creative team and marketing team to conceptualize and execute animation ideas that align with Kaarwan’s tone and brand identity.
● Edit raw footage and add animations, transitions, and other visual effects to enhance video output.
● Work on explainer videos, short-form reels, and visual assets for learning modules.
● Ensure timely delivery of high-quality video content with a solid narrative flow.
● Stay updated on design trends and apply best practices in visual storytelling.
● Contribute to AI video generation workflows and tools as part of content production.
Requirements
● Minimum 0 to 1 years of experience in motion graphics, animation, or video
