About the Role: We are looking for a Technical Support & Client Onboarding Executive who understands the CPaaS industry and can work directly with clients on technical onboarding, demos, integrations and ongoing support.

The role involves working primarily with WhatsApp Business API, SMS and RCS platforms.

What You Will Do:
Conduct product demos for prospective clients.
Onboard recent clients and guide them through the platform.
Provide technical support to existing clients.
Understand and assist with API integrations.
Help clients with API documentation, testing and troubleshooting.
Create and configure WhatsApp chatbots and workflows.
Troubleshoot issues related to WhatsApp, SMS and RCS.
Coordinate with internal technical teams when required.
Explain technical processes clearly to clients who may not have a technical background.

What We Are Looking For:




1–2+ years of relevant experience in the CPaaS industry.
Hands-on experience with WhatsApp Business API, SMS and/or RCS platforms.
Good understanding of API integration and APIs in general.
Experience with chatbot creation/configuration and workflows.
Comfortable conducting product demos and client onboarding.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills and the ability to interact directly with clients.
