Role Overview: You are accountable for the health and outcomes of assigned Marketing-as-a-Service client relationships, from strategic conversation to daily execution.
You lead the relationship end to end — chairing weekly client cadence calls, delivering Quarterly Business Reviews, and representing Trilliad directly in executive-level conversations — while guiding the cross-functional delivery work stream that supports your accounts. You identify blockers, capacity constraints, and emerging risks independently. and drive the course corrections needed before they become client-facing problems. You take ownership of what gets delivered and how it lands with the client, and you mentor less experienced teammates on what robust client management looks like.
