About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – Full Stack Development &
Application Support (.NET) to lead the support, maintenance, enhancement, and
delivery of enterprise applications built on Microsoft technologies.

This is a techno-functional leadership role requiring robust expertise across
ASP.NET, C#.NET, VB.NET, SQL Server, APIs, application support, and production
operations. The successful candidate will serve as a senior technical lead,
driving application stability, managing critical incidents, overseeing
development activities, mentoring team members, and collaborating with business
stakeholders and cross-functional technology teams. The role combines hands-on
development, production support, technical leadership, and service delivery
responsibilities.

Full Stack Development

Front-End Development (ASP.NET)

* Design, develop, and maintain enterprise web applications using ASP.NET.
* Develop responsive, scalable, and user-friendly web interfaces.
* Implement frontend business logic and user workflows.
* Collaborate with UX, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver effective
user experiences.
* Drive modernization and optimization of existing web applications.

Back-End Development (.NET Technologies)

* Design, develop, and enhance backend services using:
* C#.NET
* VB.NET
* .NET Framework
* .NET-based APIs and services
* Build reusable components, libraries, and enterprise application frameworks.
* Lead code reviews and enforce development standards and best practices.
* Perform debugging, performance tuning, and application optimization.
