Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for manufacturing and monitoring batches in Tablet, Capsule, Liquid Oral, and Ointment departments.
- Apply sound knowledge and experience in pharmaceutical formulations to ensure quality production.
- Execute granulation and compression processes efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain GMP compliance, personnel safety, and hygienic practices on the shop floor.
- Ensure online completion of production documents such as BMRs and BPRs.
- Provide periodic training to production personnel based on SOPs and maintain proper training records.
- Report all equipment breakdowns immediately to QA/Maintenance and track resolution until closure.
- Ensure preventive maintenance and calibration schedules are implemented, and equipment is offered to maintenance teams accordingly.
- Coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering, and Stores departments to ensure smooth production operations.
