Job Description TRAVEL SALES EXECUTIVE

n Sky Eagle Trip Pvt. Ltd. is a travel company with 7+ years of experience in Domestic & International Travel, offering holiday packages, customized tours, flights, hotels, visas and complete travel solutions.
n Job Role
n We are looking for a Travel Sales Executive who is passionate about travel, confident in client handling and target-oriented. And the job is based in Ahmedabad Gujarat.
n KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
n n Handle B2C travel enquiries and leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media and referrals.
n Understand customer requirements and create customized travel packages & itineraries.
n Sell Domestic & International holiday packages, flights, hotels, transfers, sightseeing and visa services.
n Prepare quotations, handle negotiations and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
n Follow up with leads regularly and achieve monthly sales & conversion targets.
n Coordinate with DMCs, hotels, airlines, transport providers and internal operations team.




n Maintain strong customer relationships and generate repeat & referral business.
n Stay updated with destinations, travel trends, airline policies and offers.
n n REQUIREMENTS
n n 1–3 years of experience in Travel Sales / Holiday Package Sales preferred.
n Valuable knowledge of Domestic & International destinations.
n Excellent communication, sales, negotiation and follow-up skills.
n Good command of English & Hindi; Gujarati is an advantage.
n Basic knowledge of visa, ticketing, hotels and travel documentation.
n Target-oriented, proactive and customer-focused.
n Comfort using CRM tools, MS Office, and online communication platforms is preferred.
